She was trained in some of Melbourne’s best restaurants and at one of Melbourne’s most reputable culinary schools. Her love for food and cooking came from her Mediterranean background, Maltese and Spanish. This started at a young age with her mothers love for food and eventuated into her extensive traveling and working with chefs all over the world.
Tania owned and ran her own successful restaurants in both Australia and Nice (France). In the south of France, she was a part of special events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival and Le petit Maison a Michelin Star restaurant.
She prizes herself on using only fresh local ingredients and making everything by hand from scratch.
Her forte is French Mediterranean food but loves Asian and Australian fusion food and therefore has done many courses in Asia and Australia learning their traditional cuisine.
Tania is a young vibrant personable chef with a love of food, cooking and catering to peoples needs with a relaxed yet professional and approachable attitude. Valuing genuine collaboration, she has successfully assembled an expert staff that shares her philosophy and vision, enabling her to concentrate on her to love to cook. Tania is renowned for her culinary skills and her exceptionally high standards.
She is now available for your special day, be it a wedding a birthday or a corporate event.
