DAY 1

MORNING TEA selection of muffins, scones (with jam, butter and cream) and biscuits, tea & coffee, milk, sugar.

LUNCH Beef and vegetarian lasagne, garlic and herb ciabatta, mixed green salad.

AFTERNOON TEA selection of cakes, ie carrot, brownie, orange and almond, savoury scones, mini savoury tarts. tea & coffee, milk, sugar.

DAY 2

Mini mozzarella and basil tarts, smoked salmon dill and cream cheese filos, individual croque monsieurs, selection of sweet tartlets ie lemon tart, white chocolate tarts, baby muffins in

assorted flavours, fruit kebabs.

LUNCH

Binna Burra roasted beef with dauphinoise potatoes and fresh green salad, gravy.

AFTERNOON TEA

smoked salmon and cucumber finger sandwich, crab sandwich, banana bread. Tea & coffee, milk and sugar.
